New travel plans must be reserved and travel completed one (1) year from the original booking date and are subject to availability.

Hotel Chicago Several plans for the property have been discussed over the years, including commercial development and age-restricted housing. While Centex has received its approval for 32 single-family homes, the township plans to present an alternative to the developer next month.

Online Booking On Aug. 13, the planning board will meet to discuss an ordinance to allow age-restricted housing on the property, which would allow Centex to build considerably more homes and still maintain much of the open space. That night, the board will also hold a public hearing on a master-plan change to allow for the senior development.

Travel Health Insurance Gardner said while the board could not approve a plan based solely on financial considerations, senior housing presents a much better fiscal alternative for both the township and the developer.

Hotel Reservation "It is clear that with an age-restricted development, there will be no negative impacts on the school system and there would be a clear reduction in the school component of our property taxes," he said.

London Hotel Booking From Centex's point of view, a senior housing development would allow as many as five times the number of houses on nearly the same amount of space.

Discount Travel The senior housing option would mean less land would be deeded to the town, however, Gardner said. He added that even with more houses, as many as 100 acres could be preserved.

Orlando Hotel Some members of the township council have also expressed interest in seeing the property developed as age-restricted housing. An ordinance allowing it has been discussed.

Booking Agency "I am very pleased that the planning board is going to discuss a master-plan change as well as this ordinance," said Councilwoman Alison Miller, who also sits on the planning board. "We hope the developer will find our proposed ordinance attractive enough to develop senior housing."
