The Sailing World Magazine National Offshore One Design (NOOD) Regatta Series is the longest-running, most prestigious and popular racing series in the United States. Join Sport Diver's Teen Editor, Natalie Tuke, August 3, 2003 as she escapes her parents and jaunts off to the Caribbean with Broadreach, a only summer program that will take her sailing through the Windward Islands from St. Maarten to St. Barts, Saba, Nevis, St. Kitts and St. Eustatius on their Underwater Discoveries Advanced (UDA) adventure. Along the way she will be earning her PADI Advanced and Rescue Diver certifications as well as learning sailing skills, developing leadership and teamwork capabilities and discovering the natural beauty of the islands both above and below the water. From there, the nine-event tour, presented by Mount Gay Rum, will barnstorm the country with stops including San Diego, Annapolis, Detroit, Chicago and San Francisco.
