TQ3NAVIGANT Introduces Passportal, a Value-Driven Online Travel Management Solution

DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 15, 2004--Navigant International Inc., d.b.a. TQ3NAVIGANT (NASDAQ:FLYR), the second largest provider of corporate travel management services in North America based on airline tickets sold, today announced the release of Passportal, the company's proprietary online corporate travel management solution. Passportal integrates with TQ3NAVIGANT's other products and services, both online and traditional. It delivers a broad range of features and functionality - from secure travel management to fully automated touchless transactions.
TQ3NAVIGANT has offered online booking for many years, but Passportal is an enhanced solution for TQ3NAVIGANT's customers because it is designed to complement TQ3NAVIGANT's existing suite of sophisticated travel management products and services.

Passportal offers traditional air, hotel and car booking options as well as travel management, policy enforcement and reporting. The tool is user-friendly, reliable and backed by TQ3NAVIGANT's product fulfillment and support teams.

Passportal is not a "one size fits all" type of solution. Passportal offers a number of different service options to meet the needs of different customers. Passportal can serve as either a stand-alone online travel management solution or an online booking tool to be integrated with TQ3NAVIGANT's suite of industry-leading products and services. The different options are described as Passportal Standard and Passportal Select.

Passportal Standard is designed for the lightly managed corporate market. It provides a low-cost solution for customers who are seeking the benefits of an online travel management environment backed by TQ3NAVIGANT's depth and breadth. This solution offers ticketing and agent services through a central call center, provides standard reporting, and comes with fixed pricing to maximize the value to the customer - initially $5 for a touchless domestic transaction and $15 for a domestic agent-assisted transaction.

Passportal Select is directed at the TQ3NAVIGANT mid-market customer, and offers these customers a value-oriented booking environment, integrated with TQ3NAVIGANT's other products and services. Customers utilizing Passportal Select will receive a self-contained TQ3NAVIGANT offering without the need to contract for a third-party booking tool. Key elements of the TQ3NAVIGANT value proposition - RFx(TM) reporting, AQUA(R) quality control and more - are integrated into Passportal Select, and come with the personalized service customers have come to expect from TQ3NAVIGANT. Pricing for Passportal Select varies depending on the level of customization each customer requires.
