West Marine Boat Services Announces the Grand Opening of its New Showroom

WATSONVILLE, Calif. (September 29, 2005) - West Marine Maritime Electronics today announced the grand opening of its new expansive electronics show room on the docks at the Keefe Kaplan Maritime boat yard, better known as KKMI, in Point Richmond, California.

The grand opening celebration will be held on Saturday, October 8, 2005 from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. The festivities will include prize drawings for electronics, premier yachts available for touring, seminars on radio and marine communications with Gordon West at 10:30am and 1:30pm and free refreshments, games and more. Representatives from all major marine electronics manufacturers, including Raymarine, Garmin, Icom, Furuno, Simrad, B&G, Northstar, Globalstar and electronics experts from West Marine Maritime Electronics will be on hand. KKMI is located at 560 W. Cutting Blvd. in Point Richmond, California.
