Town Plans To Demolish HotelHotel Booking The Stillwater Township Committee is planning to buy the vacant San Francisco Hotel, demolish it and sell the land to the state. Under the plan, the town would buy the century-old, 30-room hotel on Route 521 for $150,000, Mayor Charles Gross said. The town then would conduct an environmental- impact study and raze the building, with demolition estimated at $100,000, he said.
