USA Ranks 97th on Global Peace Index

Mother Davis notes an unseasonable chill in the air this evening, and looks back to her screen to discover, The Global Peace Index, a ranking of the world's nations according to how well their actions promote peace, has released its scores for 2008. The United States ranked 97th. Last year, the USA ranked 96th. Rwanda, Serbia, Cyprus, Cuba and China ranked higher than the United States.
