South Africa, Thrilling swing over Soweto

To know south africa, you need not be suave, charming, or brilliant to be a good expert. There are hundreds of posts on the subject, read them. Keep then handy. Be preparing to read them again after the first few months you finished.

Thrill-seekers get a unique vantage point on Soweto from two 300-foot-high cooling towers _ especially when they swing by a rope suspended far above the ground. The Orlando Towers dominate the skyline of the South African townships. The east towered is painted with colorful scenes of township life, including a giant picture of one-time Soweto resident former President Nelson Mandela. An important over, this one. The final one before tea. It will be bowled by Collingwood and a wicket now would have a huge psychological imapct on both teams. His first over produced some excellent line and length - can he do it again? Almost. The lovely delivery catches McKenzie on the pads but it would have drifted down the leg side.
